Oi, a gendered character challenge: your favorite witch! A witch being a female character who can do magic. No other restrictions than that. In fact, I'll also allow characters from non-supernatural shows who call themselves witches, whether they can actually do magic or not. Note: as always with gendered challenges, characters that don't have a gender or don't fit either male or female are okay!
