Challenge #206 - Historical Event

So, November 09 is a pretty eventful day when it comes to German history. So I thought we could focus a little bit on Historical Event for this Challenge. :o)
You may go with all sort of media that covered any Historical Event. This goes for any tv show, movie, book or graphic novel, for example.
Here is one example: My favorite genre to watch is WW2. So, if you want to go with a single day like June 06, 1944 you may do so. If you want to focus on European War only you may also do so. If you want to focus on all WW2 you may also do so. As long as this really happened in real life you can go with it.
