Challenge #179 – Disney Princesses

For this challenge, I chose Belle from Beauty and the Beast and Mulan from Mulan.

I love how the former doesn't fall for Gaston's bullshit. She seeks to better herself and I can relate to that.

As for the latter, I'll admit to not having seen Mulan yet, but she's still one of my favorites. Especially because she's based off of a real historical figure. Also, we may not be the same flavor of Asian, but I must show some solidarity!

neat, we ended up using one of the same caps! i really like the composition on #1, centering the hand with the dandelion. the relative values draw the eye to belle's face even though she's on the margin, which is a cool design trick.
